Shopping online is new for many people in Chichawatni. This guide explains how it works on Dukania Bazar, how Cash on Delivery (COD) keeps your money safe, and what to check before you order.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery means you pay only when your order reaches your doorstep. You do not pay anything in advance. When the rider or shopkeeper delivers your order, you check it and pay in cash. If the order is wrong or damaged, you can refuse it before paying.
How to place an order on Dukania Bazar
- Browse the shops and categories on the homepage, or search for what you need.
- Open a product, check its price, and add it to your cart.
- Go to checkout and enter your name, mobile number and delivery address in Chichawatni carefully — the rider uses these details to find you.
- Choose “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method and place the order.
- Keep your phone nearby. The shop or rider will call you to confirm the order and the delivery time.
Tips for safe online shopping
- Always check the price, quantity and size before you order.
- Give your complete address, including your street, mohalla and a nearby landmark, so delivery is easy.
- Check your order when it arrives, before you pay.
- Keep the shop’s name and your order details with you until the order is delivered.
- Never share bank details, passwords or one-time codes with anyone who calls you about an order.
What about bank transfer?
Some shops also accept payment by bank transfer. Only use bank transfer with shops you trust, and keep the payment receipt. If you are unsure, choose Cash on Delivery — it is the safest option for first-time buyers.
