Step 1: Create your vendor account
Go to the Vendor Onboarding page and click “Register Your Shop”, or open the My Account page and register as a vendor. Fill in your name, email address, mobile number and a password, and choose the vendor option. Make sure your mobile number is correct — it is how customers and our team will reach you.
Step 2: Set up your shop
After registering, you will be asked for your shop details:
- Shop name — the name your customers know you by.
- Shop category — pick the category that fits your business, for example Medical & Pharmacy, Bakery & Sweets, Garments & Clothing or Mobile & Electronics. If nothing fits, choose Other Business.
- Shop address and phone number — so customers can find your physical shop too.
- Shop logo and banner pictures — upload a clear photo of your shop front or your logo so customers recognise you.
Step 3: Add your products
From your vendor dashboard, go to Products and add your items one by one. For each product, add a clear photo, the correct price, a short description and the right category. Good photos and honest descriptions are what make customers order. You can add, edit or remove products at any time from your dashboard.
Step 4: Wait for admin approval
New shops are reviewed by our team before they go live. This keeps the marketplace safe and trustworthy for customers. Once your shop is approved, it appears on the store listing and your products become visible to customers.
Step 5: Start selling
When a customer places an order, you will see it in your vendor dashboard. Pack the order, arrange delivery, and get paid by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. Delivery is free for customers across Pakistan. Dukania Bazar charges a 10% commission on sales.
Tips for new sellers
- Use clear, well-lit photos taken in your own shop — never copy pictures from other websites.
- Keep your prices and stock up to date so customers are never disappointed.
- Answer customer questions quickly and politely.
- Start with your best-selling items, then add more products over time.
