If something is wrong with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. We want you to shop on Dukania Bazar with confidence.

What can be returned?

You can return items that arrive damaged or defective, the wrong item, or an item that is not as described. Items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

Contact the shop you ordered from within 7 days of delivery. Tell them your order number and what is wrong with the item.
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging.
The shop will arrange the return with you — either a pickup or a drop-off at the shop.
Once the shop receives and checks the returned item, your refund will be processed.

How refunds work

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the bank account you provide. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, because the payment was made in cash when the order was delivered. Please allow a few working days for the refund to reach your account after the returned item has been received and checked.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used — for example, opened medicines, personal care items and undergarments. Fresh and perishable food items, such as bakery goods, cannot be returned once they have been delivered in good condition.
